Cognac Shrunken Bison | Moc Toe

THE LEATHER 

This leather derived from American Bison sports a truly unique appearance once Law Tanning is done with it. Their tannery in Wisconsin takes the bison hides, and through a proprietary tanning process that hinges on shrinking, we get this deeply textured leather. Rich in pull up, Law's process makes for both the beauty and comfort we seek in the leathers we work with.

In terms of color, Cognac is a rich warm brown with darker areas where the hides have been hand-tipped, and a general lightness in the textural lines that almost feel like tectonic plates. Slide through the on white photos to see the beautiful range of texture you can expect.
