Truman Boot Co. accepts returns on unworn, pristine boots within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and show no signs of outdoor wear or creasing. Please note that custom builds and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Inspection Guidelines

  Ensure your boots are placed back in the original box with all included accessories; boots must be free of any sole wear or leather scuffing.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring it is securely taped.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our workshop inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
